If you are a new patient and have not received a passcode you can select "New Patient Page"
We can provide a passcode to you when you schedule your exam.
If you are a previous patient at our office, the passcode will allow access your current data. Please edit and update your information several days before your exam.

Here you can access your medical records, upload files securely, access your prescription, and communicate with us privately and securely. Medical records are not automatically uploaded to this portal for every single patient after each exam, but we can do this easily from our electronic health records. Simply let us know if you would like access to them and we will upload as soon as possible. You will need a username and password to access your records.
